Where access is difficult or the roof is high, we can inspect by drone. You'll want one if you've noticed a leak or damp, after a storm, before buying a house, or if your roof hasn't been looked at in years and you'd like peace of mind. Afterwards you get a photographic report, so you aren't just taking our word for it. You can see what's sound, what needs attention now and what can wait. ### Who it's for - Homeowners with leaks or damp - Anyone after a storm - Prospective buyers (a £75 fee applies to non-owners) - Landlords managing properties - Older roofs that haven't been checked in years If it's left ## What Happens If YouWait Another Winter ### Unseen damage Many roof problems can't be seen from the ground until they've already caused damage inside. ### Guesswork quotes Quotes without a proper inspection lead to surprises and extra costs once work starts. ### Buying blind A roof problem missed before purchase becomes your bill after completion. ### Small issues grow A slipped tile or cracked mortar caught early is a cheap fix. We can inspect the roof for you. A £75 fee applies for non-owners. ### Homes and Rental Properties Most of our roof & drone inspections work is for homeowners, from terraces and semis to bungalows and detached houses. We also work for landlords who need a reliable fix and a clear record of what was done. Every job gets the same approach: a proper look at the roof, photos of what we find, and a fixed price before anything starts. If you're a landlord or a prospective buyer rather than the owner occupier, a £75 fee applies to the inspection; for homeowners it's free. ### How to Choose a Roofer Ask for a written, fixed price rather than a day rate, so the cost can't creep up once the scaffold is up. Ask to see photos of the problem before agreeing to anything. Check the guarantee, and get it in writing. Ask who will actually be on your roof. With us, it's Bobby Button and a team of four from start to finish, and the guarantee for your job is confirmed with your quote. ### What to Expect on the Day We turn up when we say we will and talk you through the plan before work starts. The roof is kept weathertight at the end of every working day, and we clear away old materials and debris as we go. When the job is finished we check it over, show you the completed work and tidy the site properly, so the only thing you notice is a roof that works. ### Your Guarantee, Explained Guarantee length depends on the type of work. A new roof is guaranteed for 25 years as standard. Work involving breathable membrane, including many leak repairs, is usually guaranteed for 10 years and in some cases 5. Cement work such as mortar and pointing is guaranteed for 5 years. Whatever your roof & drone inspections involves, the exact guarantee is written into your quote, so you know where you stand before you say yes. ### Areas we cover Based in LE8 4FF, we carry out roof & drone inspections across Leicestershire, including roof & drone inspections in Leicester, roof & drone inspections in Blaby, roof & drone inspections in Narborough, roof & drone inspections in Fleckney, roof & drone inspections in Broughton Astley, roof & drone inspections in Earl Shilton, roof & drone inspections in Barwell, roof & drone inspections in Hinckley and roof & drone inspections in Lutterworth.
