Our story

## Who We Are andWho We Help
Greystone Roofing Solutions is run by Bobby Button with a team of four, based in LE8 4FF. We help homeowners, and we also inspect roofs for people who don't own the property, such as prospective buyers.

We cover pitched and flat roofs: new roofs and re-roofs, roof and leak repairs, flat roofs, ridge repointing, chimney work, leadwork, Velux roof windows and 24/7 emergency repairs. We also carry out roof inspections, including drone inspections, with a photographic report afterwards.

Because we're a small team, the people who look at your roof are the people who fix it. You'll deal with us from the first call to the final tidy-up.

Mission & standards

## How We Workon Every Job

### Evidence before money
Every job starts with a free inspection for homeowners and a photographic report. You see the problem before you decide anything.

### One fixed price
Every job is quoted at a fixed price. No day rates, so the cost can't creep up once work starts.

### Guaranteed in writing
A new roof comes with a 25-year guarantee as standard. Membrane work is usually 10 years (5 in some cases) and cement work 5 years, confirmed with your quote.

Our customers tell us what matters to them: turning up on time, honest advice with no pressure, finishing when we said we would, and cleaning up properly afterwards. Those are the standards we hold ourselves to.
